Coke with no ice
We flew back to Budapest from New York after being away for a month. As soon as we changed planes in Amsterdam and got on a Malev flight, the ice disappeared from our drinks. I asked for a Coke and got a glass of luke-warm drink with no ice. This was the point when I knew that I was back in Hungary, the land where 5 out of 10 times your Coke is flat and 8 out of 10 times it is not cold. (Just like in the US you it takes extra effort to find good bread, easily available in most of Europe.)
